While I have seen several of these in Las Vegas, this appears to be unique
to California. This is a public park with All Weather surfaced walking/jogging
trails.
As you make your way around the park there the trail drops off to concrete
for driveways and entry ways.
There are some "par course" aparatus stations along the way.
This was built for aesthetics for the average walker rather than for
running efficiency. Obviously there are some obstacles in the way.
