San Jose Police Athletic League Stadium

This photo is facing east. This is a football oriented stadium which installed a running track. The track seems no more than painted pavement occupying the space a track should have. I don't know if they ever used it for meets, in its current state it seems way too hard (but there are other tracks like this that get regular use). With track not being a priority here, they just ignored it and let this track rot away.

This is the home stretch. You can see lots of the surface and the large sections where the surface has broken through to dirt.

Under this stored soccer goal and also further up the track are sections where tire tracks have been molded into the broken through dirt area.




Just into the turn is this dirt section with weeds growing through.

This clearly shows breaks between the original surface and the dirt below.

Further into the turn is this beauty and more tire tracks.
